The 1967 Hess tanker trailer truck

It had the words Fuel Oils on side of the tank and the word Gasoline on the other side. This toy truck originally sold for $1.99 at participating stations. There were 300,000 of these produced. Although this was the third truck in the Hess toy truck line it was significant because this Hess toy was made in the USA by the Marx Toy Company
, which only made two toys for Hess in the USA, the 1967 Tanker Truck and 1966 Tanker Ship.
