2017 Hess Dump Truck and Loader is a strong group of heavy-duty earth movers that work together. This large dump truck and two-way motorized, track-driven loader are a versatile team, ready to take on the toughest jobs. They have over 30 bright LED lights and realistic sounds.
The first-ever Hess Dump Truck has a green base, a white top, and green stripes on the sides. The long hauling bed is built on a dual-axle rear chassis as a transport for its work partner. It has an innovative tailgate that folds down and also has a hidden pull-out ramp for the Loader to drive right up into place. A button in the cab turns on the hydraulic lift pistons (and the sound they make), which raises the bed into the position for dumping. Four more buttons make three more sounds (the ignition sound, the horn sound, and the backup sound) and flash all of the bright lights. The front grille and bumpers, sunshield, cab steps, grab rails, and exhaust pipes are all made of chrome.
The self-propelled, multi-directional Loader has a cab that can turn 270 degrees and a side-mounted, extending boom with an excavator arm and bucket that can bend and turn in almost any direction. Two switches on the top turn on the lights and move the motorized tracks forward or backward for the best maneuverability! The exhaust pipes, side mirrors, and grille are all made of chrome.
This construction duo is the largest and most complicated Hess Toy Truck ever, with 350 parts.
