This vehicle is the first rescue truck or tow truck offered in the toy line. Fashioned in traditional green and white colors this Hess truck is unique and features a bright red aerial ladder, this is the second Hess toy issued with a red ladder. This rescue truck features three sound effects which are the emergency siren, horn and back-up alert coupled with emergency flashers. Talk about a light show there are six Hess logos which are illuminated.This truck had a production of 2,000,000 units and was originally retailed for $14.95 at participating locations.
