You are looking at one of the rarest pieces ever made, yes, the 2002 miniature Hess Voyager in chrome.
Only 24 were made in the entire world. They were only giving out to Hess family members who worked for the Hess corporation at that time.
This piece is complete with original plastic side inserts, battery card, chrome base that the ship rests on and the green battery tag. The chrome is shiny and vivid, on both the ship and it's base, as though it was produced yesterday.
The battery compartment is spotless. The AAA battery was removed instantly when the truck was given out.
The lights all work beautifully. not a blemish anywhere on this piece. This Hess Voyager is perfect, the base is perfect, the box is perfect, the plastic on the box is perfect.
