This toy is the fourteenth edition in the Collectible Miniature Series and features two motorized spinning rotors that can be activated two different ways, internal and external lights and a quick-release display base. The 2011 Mini retailed for $6.99 and included an Energizer battery. There were 1,600,000 models produced in this fourteenth run in the series.
