The 2013 miniature 18 Wheeler and Racers is small scale replica of the 2003 Hess Holiday Toy. This toy is the sixtieth edition in the Collectible Miniature Series and features working lights and rear doors, double decker ramp and a slide out ramp for two race cars. The 2012 Mini retailed for $7.99 and included an Energizer battery. There were 1,600,000 models produced in this fifteenth run in the series.
