The 2008 miniature Recreation Van is the eleventh edition in the Collectible Miniature Series. This toy is a scaled down version of the 1998 Holiday Toy. The truck features a real head & tail, running and interior lights, and a rear hatch that opens up to reveal a pull down ramp and a miniature dune buggy with knobby tires, roll bar, and a pullback friction motor! The 2008 Mini RV and Dune Buggy retailed for $6.99 and included an Energizer battery. There were 1,600,000 models produced in this eleventh run in the series. This toy and the 1998 Hess Miniature Tanker Truck are the most sought after and worth the most.
